Traditional recipe transformed! Cheesecake cupcakes.




  • 4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • Vanilla wafers



Mix cream cheese, eggs, vanilla and sugar in bowl.


Place a vanilla wafer in each cup.


Fill each cup 3/4 full with cream cheese mixture.


Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 12 to 14.


These may be topped with cherry pie filling or other toppings, if desired.
