Don’t you just hate it when muffins stick to the pan after all the work it took preparing them? What are the best ways to help preventing this?
- You can use muffin or cupcake liners or cups.
- You can grease the muffin pan with oil or butter.
- You can spray the muffin pan with a nonstick cooking spray.
However, the fourth way is my favorite one.
Use a silicone muffin pan. Using a silicone muffin pan will make sure that the muffins won’t stick to the pan and pop right out while retaining their beautiful shape. Let the muffins cool at least 20 minutes or until the silicone doesn’t feel warm anymore. The muffins will be easy to pop out. I do advice to grease a silicone muffin pan when using very sugary recipes.
