A variation of a classic cake recipe: raw apple cake!

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil (scant)
  • Add to above: 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 4 c. apples, diced
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts

 

Instructions:

Bake in 9 x 13 inch greased pan, or use a non stick silicone pan, at 325 degrees until top does not dent in when touched, about 35 minutes.
